Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by AG Ship Services. By engaging our services, the client accepts these terms in full. AG Ship Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Services

All services are carried out with due care and in accordance with applicable industry standards. The scope of each engagement is defined in a written quotation or service agreement confirmed by both parties prior to commencement of work.

3. Liability

AG Ship Services shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the provision of services. Our liability is limited to the value of the services rendered under the applicable agreement.

4. Payment

Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to statutory interest in accordance with Dutch law.

5. Confidentiality

All information exchanged between AG Ship Services and the client is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
